Mir Muntasir joined Aditum in June 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in public markets and alternative credit strategies. Prior to joining Aditum, he spent four years at Emirates NBD Asset Management, where he worked across multi-asset and fixed income strategies. He subsequently held roles at Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Daman Investments, with a focus on distressed and private credit, structured investments, and the management of fixed income portfolios.
He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Stirling and a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
Sarah joined Aditum in February 2024 as a Portfolio Manager, bringing her extensive background and expertise to the multi-asset and fixed-income team.
In her previous role, Sarah worked with Paravene Capital in London for 4 years, where she was in charge of Investments and Structuring. Prior to that, she worked for 2 years as a FX and Rates Trader at Societe Generale.
Ms Majidi holds a MSc Finance from University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.
Mr. Pratyush Singh is a finance professional with over 3 years of experience. He began his career as an Interest Rate Derivatives Trader at Axxela in India, where he focused on Brazilian interest rate futures for nearly two years. He then transitioned to Bank of America in Delhi, where he worked for just over a year as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Emerging Growth and Regional Companies (EGRC) team. In addition to his work experience, he has completed two levels of the CFA program. Mr. Pratyush Singh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from BIT Mesra, India.
Seema Malik joined Aditum in February 2024, bringing with her a background in investments. Prior to joining Aditum, Ms. Malik was part of the investment team that managed a multi-asset portfolio at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), where she worked as a Senior Officer in Investment Analysis and Reporting. She has also gained previous experience at the investment advisory firm Globaleye. Ms. Malik holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford Brookes University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Global Banking and Finance from King’s College London. Additionally, she has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA program and is an ACCA affiliate.
Rajan Chauhan joined Aditum in October 2025, bringing over five years of experience in credit research. Mr. Chauhan began his career as an analyst at Fitch Ratings, where he spent more than three years focusing on credit ratings for Indian corporates. He later moved to Deutsche Bank, where he spent two years conducting credit research on European financial institutions. Mr. Chauhan is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Surat, India.
Will Rouget joined Aditum in January 2024 and works closely with the investment team as Investment Dealer. Mr. Rouget has experience in fiduciary and fund services in Guernsey, where he helped to support a wide range of international corporate clients and high net worth private individuals. Mr. Rouget has experience working across different geographies, including Europe, United Kingdom and the Middle East, and holds a BA in Spanish from Swansea University, specialising in Spanish for professional purposes.
Vartan Tanielian joined Aditum in September 2024 bringing 4 years of experience working as a buyside equity investment analyst for hedge funds across Canada and the UAE. Prior to starting his finance career and obtaining a Master of Finance degree from McGill University, he played collegiate and professional basketball in his home country.
Bindu Stephen joined Aditum in July 2025 with over 17 years of portfolio management experience, with expertise in designing efficient cash strategies in line with client objectives. Prior to joining Aditum, Ms. Stephen spent 17 years at Emirates NBD Asset Management, having most recently served as Senior Portfolio Manager. She specialised in managing Money Market Funds and segregated multi asset portfolios for institutional and retail clients.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA from Cochin University.
Ms. Goila is a full-cycle, multi-stage investor, operator and business-builder with over 18 years of experience across emerging markets including the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia and India. Through her various roles, Ms. Goila has been an investor across multiple alternative asset classes over the past 18 years – Venture Capital, Private Equity and Derivatives of Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities and Credit. Her experience has spanned all stages of investing from early-stage VC to late-stage PE buyouts, cross-asset portfolio building and management, capital structure modelling and financing for infrastructure projects, as well as business building in early-stage startups, and operational value-creation/turnarounds in growth stage business models. Ms. Goila has also directly managed portfolios of various family offices, out of which two have been of UAE Royal Family investors.
Ms. Goila was one of the pioneers of the Singapore startup ecosystem – having led and fostered some of the first few entrepreneurial ties for Singapore Universities with the Silicon Valley, founded and served on the Board of ASES Stanford’s Singapore Chapter, and co-founded a startup with this community in Singapore. Ms. Goila has an MBA (triple-major) from The Wharton School (UPenn), and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore.
Ankit Singhal joined Aditum in March 2025, bringing over 7.5 years of diverse experience spanning corporate banking, public credit, venture capital, and corporate strategy roles. Mr. Singhal holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) in India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Mr. Singhal started his career in 2017 at Standard Chartered Bank in India, where he worked for 4 years in corporate banking. He then worked with a Singapore-based public credit fund, gaining experience in buy side investing. In 2022, Mr. Singhal relocated to Dubai, where he spent 2.5 years with a venture capital firm, focusing on startup investments. Most recently, he worked in a corporate strategy role, applying his background to business development and strategic planning.
Bejin Thomas joined Aditum in 2022 bringing with him over 5 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Aditum, Mr. Thomas held an internship at Shorooq Partners assisting in investing and fundraising activities of their venture debt fund. Since graduating in 2017, he spent four years as an analyst at various funds in India, focusing on the startup ecosystem, which included 18 months at Equanimity Investments, a Venture Capital Fund backed by Dr. Mark Mobius, investing in early-stage tech businesses across India. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance.
Danny Jones joined Aditum in November 2019 and has two decades of experience across the finance industry specialising in asset management and structured trade and commodity finance. Prior to joining Aditum, Mr. Jones spent four years as a Portfolio Manager at the asset management firm Rasmala Investment Bank Limited where he was responsible for their flagship trade finance fund, covering all aspects from origination, credit & risk analysis, structuring, document execution, investment selection, transaction & investment portfolio management to fund performance. Prior to that, Mr. Jones spent 13 years at Standard Chartered.
Srividhya Raghavendran joined Aditum in July 2022 with over a decade of Credit and Trade Finance experience. Prior to joining Aditum, Ms. Raghavendran spent 3 years at Rasmala Investment Bank as Transaction Manager in their Trade Finance Team. Prior to this she spent 2 years at Rescom Mineral Trading FZE, a commodity trading house, as an assistant manager in charge of trade finance operations. Ms. Raghavendran started her career at Bank of Baroda Dubai operations in both Credit and their Trade Finance team where she spent 6 years and gained knowledge of Trade Finance products and its applications.
Ms Srividhya holds a B. Com degree from Bharathidasan University and holds a flagship course (JAIIB) from Indian Institute of Bankers.
Surendra Alexander joined Aditum Investment Management in 2022 bringing with him over 7 years of experience in Accounting & Finance specialising in Credit Control, Management reporting and Auditing. Prior to Joining Aditum, Mr. Alexander spent 3 years in Qatar as Credit Controller and Accounting specialist where he was responsible for AP, AR, Internal Audit and Management Reporting. He Started his career as Junior Accountant at Vships Ship Management company (India) in 2015 and got promoted to Fleet Accountant in 2017.

Ms. Mee is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, and strategic advisor with over 30 years’ experience supporting organisations to drive growth, enhance performance, and strengthen governance and risk management. She has worked extensively across Financial Services, Insurance, Legal, Fintech, and Technology, advising boards and executives on strategy execution, operational transformation, market expansion, and complex transactions.
Ms. Mee has supported organisations globally across EMEA and the USA, working with large multinational corporates, SMEs, and high-growth start-ups. Her experience includes launching businesses into new markets and verticals, leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes, strengthening board and executive effectiveness, and advising on M&A, IPOs, and financing initiatives.
A seasoned Board and Committee Chair, Ms. Mee currently chairs Governance, Audit, and Risk Committees across both regulated and unregulated entities and is registered with relevant regulatory bodies in the UK, UAE and Netherlands. She is widely recognised for her expertise in cross-border business transformation, investor relations, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.
Ms. Mee is a frequent international speaker, having presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos, UNESCO, and the Oxford and Geneva Banking Forums, and has served on leadership and strategic advisory panels across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. She is also an active mentor to board members and senior executives, supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Mr. McGlone has significant experience in the UK wealth management industry, having worked in the evolved Quilter Cheviot business for over thirty years, beginning at Quilter Goodison in 1994 as a Trainee Investment Manager. He served as Managing Director before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quilter Cheviot in January 2019, and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning in January 2022, when these two businesses were brought together. As CEO, he sat on the Boards of Quilter Cheviot Limited, Quilter Cheviot International and Quilter Cheviot Europe (subsidiaries operating in Jersey and Dublin respectively) as well as Quilter plc’s Executive Committee, until leaving in September 2025. Mr McGlone is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and has sat on the Board of the UK’s wealth management industry association, PIMFA.
Mr. McGlone holds a BSc in Electronics and Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
David Marshall joined Aditum Investment Management Limited in December 2018. He has more than two decades of experience in financial services, spending nearly 10 years with Old Mutual and approximately 12 years with Emirates NBD where he held a number of senior management positions including SEO of Emirates NBD Asset Management and General Manager, Products and Advisory for Emirates NBD Bank Wealth Management.
Additionally, Mr. Marshall was Head of Products at Rasmala Investment Bank Limited for 18 months from April 2017. He has extensive experience of structuring conventional and Islamic financial products in a wide range of jurisdictions.

Natalie Boyd is a highly experienced Finance and Investment Management lawyer with more than two decades of expertise in conventional and Islamic capital markets, structured financings and hedging products, Middle Eastern investment solutions and Middle Eastern financial services regulations. Ms. Boyd has extensive UK, European and Middle Eastern experience, having advised global institutional clients for over two decades on complex, often ground-breaking products and structures.
Mr. Abalkhail joined Aditum Capital in July 2024 as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Advising. In this role, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and client advisory services.
Before joining Aditum Capital, Mr. Abalkhail was the Managing Director at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, where he was responsible for expanding the bank’s corporate and investment banking franchise in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, he served as Advisor and Chief Investment Officer at the Ministry of Defence, Executive Affairs, collaborating closely with His Excellency, Deputy Minister of Defence on asset optimisation and private opportunities for the ministry.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Abalkhail held senior positions as Head of Investment Banking at both Alistithmar Capital and at Albilad Capital. He also served as VP in Product Development at Saudi Fransi Capital.
With over 20 years of industry experience in investment banking, Mr. Abalkhail’s expertise span across IPOs, M&A, private equity, real estate, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in closing deals valued at SAR 64.63 billion (USD 17.23 billion).
Mr. Abalkhail holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Gaurav Kumar joined Aditum in January 2025 as Deputy Senior Executive Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry within the Middle East. Before joining Aditum, Mr. Kumar was the Head of the Middle East & Global Financial Institutions for APAC and EMEA for Principal Asset Management. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Eastspring Investments Limited, where he successfully established and led its MENA operations. Mr. Kumar has an MBA in Business Administration from Lancaster University, UK, and has also completed an International Business program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management Koblenz, Germany.
Manoj Mahadev joined Aditum in November 2020 and is a seasoned portfolio manager with over two decades of experience spanning global markets, Mr. Mahadev has held a number of senior positions during his career, recently Senior Dealer in the Treasury division of RAK Bank as well as Head of Marketable Securities at Arab Banking Corporation where he played a major role in the set-up of the DCM business. He also spent 8 years at Emirates NBD as Head of Trading.

Agne Saade joined Aditum in September 2025, bringing over 18 years of international experience across investment management, private equity, fund administration, and financial services in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2010, Ms. Saade began her career with KPMG, gaining a strong grounding in audit and advisory services for global financial institutions. She went on to hold senior finance roles at BlueBay Asset Management and Legatum, where she managed fund and corporate finance operations, investor reporting, and business performance analytics.
In 2017, Ms. Saade joined Equitativa Group, one of the region’s leading REIT and fund managers, where she led the finance function across multiple regulated entities and listed funds. She later served as Finance & Operations Director and Board Member at Vistra Middle East, overseeing financial strategy, corporate governance, and regional expansion initiatives. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening financial control frameworks, driving profitability, and supporting the firm’s broader growth and transformation agenda.
Alan Trott joined Aditum in August 2024 bringing 23 years of experience in UK based financial services and 4 years in international jurisdictions to the firm. Admitted as a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2004, Mr. Trott spent the first 10 years of his career in investment operations at the British Airways Pension Fund, followed by 4 years in Bermuda and the Channel Islands in the fund accounting space. Returning to the British Airways Pension fund in 2010 as Head of Investment Operations, Mr. Trott was responsible for a broad range of operational business functions including being a director of the pension fund Incorporated Cell Company he set up in Guernsey in 2016. Most recently as the COO of a high frequency algorithmic proprietary trading firm operating in the digital asset space, Mr. Trott has implemented a robust operational and risk framework to support the growth of the firm.
Swapna Joseph is a senior executive in fund administration and investment operations, with more than 20 years of experience across banking, asset management, and regulated financial platforms across the GCC and international markets. Ms. Joseph joined Aditum Capital as Chief Operating Officer in March 2025, where she oversees and drives the firm’s operational framework, and brings extensive expertise in private equity fund structures and fund operations.
Prior to this, Ms. Joseph spent over 17 years at NBK Wealth, Kuwait, leading the in-house Alternative Investments Fund Administration division.
Sarah Moon joined Aditum Investment Management Limited in June 2025. She is an experienced Human Resources leader with over 20 years’ experience across leading global organisations including Beiersdorf, AstraZeneca, Barclays and Accenture. Ms. Moon has held senior regional roles across MENA, Europe and North America, with expertise in talent and leadership development, training and employee engagement.
A Chartered Member of the CIPD and qualified executive coach, Ms. Moon holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Management from The University of Manchester, UK.
Ilona Pylypenko joined Aditum in February 2024 with over 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry, a decade of which she spent in regulatory compliance and AML for regulated financial services firms based in the DIFC where she performed the role of Compliance Officer and MLRO Authorised Individual licensed functions for DFSA regulated entities. Prior to joining Aditum Ms. Pylypenko was the Head of Compliance and MLRO for one of the largest regulated asset managers in the Middle East holding a Category 2 DFSA license. Ms. Pylypenko has a postgraduate MBA Certificate from the University of Manchester, International Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), and Fintech in financial services award from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education. Ms. Pylypenko is a Certified Data Protection Officer, a Fellow member with ICA and a member with Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
Mr. Almoghirah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from King Saud University, KSA. He has extensive experience in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), having worked at one of the largest Capital Market Institutions licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Mr. Almoghirah joined Aditum Capital as Compliance AML & CTF Manager in September 2024.
Mr. Almoghirah previously serving as a Senior Officer for Compliance AML & CTF at Osool & Bakeet Investment Company. He has been instrumental in establishing and overseeing investment funds. He played a pivotal role in securing CMA and Tadawul approvals, making his previous institution the first Capital Market Institution listed in the Saudi Capital Market. His unwavering commitment to strengthening the compliance framework of his organisations has been central to his professional achievements.
Mr. Almoghirah holds multiple certifications, including the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME1) and Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing (CME2) and Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) and others. Additionally, he has completed professional training programs in the United States and the United Kingdom, further refining his expertise in the compliance field.
Sajan Hussain joined Aditum in March 2026 and brings over two decades of international experience in asset management, product development, wealth management and capital markets to the firm, having held roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. His most recent role was General Manager, Wealth Management and Affluent Banking (Bahrain and Middle East) at Standard Chartered.
Mr. Hussain holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
